Welcome back to to the "Dining Rooms" of Onslow County Schools. We anticipate another rewarding year of providing quality service and meals to your child daily and your family. Parents are invited anytime your schedule permits.

Child Nutrition employs approximately 220 staff in every capacity engaged in providing meals to our student population.  Last year, we served approximately 19,000 meal equivalents each school day.  We anticipate including your children. Each meal meets applicable recommendations of the new requirements of the school meal pattern.  The standard for school lunches is to provide age appropriate calorie limits, requirement of selected a fruit or vegetable- now in two categories, all milk is skim or 1%, and lower sodium.  You are welcome to inquire specific details of any selections from our office.

Just as the fast food industry spends billions of dollars in marketing products and services, we spend approximately $4.5 million annually for food to include entitlements from USDA Food Distribution Program.

Approved for Reduced Priced Meals? You may enjoy breakfast FREE in all our dining rooms!

Online payments and meal balance monitoring is made easier with www.lunchprepay.com.  The Basic Service is available at no cost to make payments on your child's account. You may agree to Premiuim service to check your child's account balance and receive email notifications of low balances. You must register for these services, you will need your child's student number. Once you sign up, please allow 24 hours to see your child's balance. Prepayments are welcome at the school as well.

Our office is located on the main campus of Onslow County Schools. We would enjoy your feedback!
